I’m taking AP environmental science junior because of scheduling conflicts with the other “harder” AP sciences. I’m also taking AP Language and Comp., AP US History, and AP Calculus AB. I plan on taking AP Bio, AP Chem, or AP Physics senior year. Will taking a “harder” science in senior year opposed to taking one in junior year affect me?
Also I’ve been so anxious thinking about college; every time I read those “chance me” posts, I feel less confident about my skills. How can I stop stressing out so much about getting into a good college?
Since you had scheduling conflicts, taking APES is fine- colleges still see what classes you are enrolled in senior year on your apps. Also, your junior year schedule is not “easy” by any measure.
Don’t listen to these “chance me” posts- I myself have posted one, but they are not a hard science, and it is simply other people’s opinion. Use other people as a way to get feedback and insight, but don’t let them make you feel bad about yourself or feel stressed. Know that you will get into the college that is right for you.
You’re fine. Your schedule is nowhere near “easy”.
