Taking Fall Classes But Transfering During Winter

<p>Yesterday I had an appointment for TAG with a UCI representative and I was told I just needed about 5 more CC units in any transferable course because some of my courses wouldn’t transfer over. Since I’m a Japanese major, she recommended that I take a Japanese and History course during Fall session at my CC.</p>

<p>Fall session at my CC ends December 19th, while Winter session enrollment at UCI starts in November 17th and fees are due December 15th. The actual start of Winter session at UCI is January 2nd, so will I be okay taking the regular 18 week Fall classes at my CC? Should I just take 6 week or 9 week courses instead just to be safe?</p>
