Taking foreign language P/NP?

Hey, all.

I’m planning to apply for Master’s programs in either English or Education. I took the first level of Italian during my sophomore year and got an A, but now as a senior, I’m finally finishing up my language requirement by taking Italian II during the fall and Italian III during the spring.

I want to take both Italian II and III as P/NP because I want to focus my time on the classes I’m taking for my major. I’ve only ever taken one other class as P/NP (a science GE).

Would this look bad?

No, it wouldn’t look bad - unless you plan on doing some literature research in Italian. But if you’re just taking it for fun or personal enrichment, you should be fine.
