<p>I’m a freshman currently. Would taking classes to fulfill general education at a community college next summer and future summers be looked down on by medical schools? Classes such as African American studies to fulfill multicultural requirements. I would still take all of my science courses at my university.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but all the questions I could find are asking about taking courses for science and math at a community college, not general ed.</p>
<p>I would probably end up taking more upper division science courses or work on a double major if I end up freeing more time by taking community college.</p>
