Is anybody out there has the same experience taking one subject test and different subject pop right out of nowhere. You can imagine being score for the wrong thing what the result is. This happened just right now to my DS. I am trying to resolve the issue by requesting hand scoring. If anybody had the same incidence please share with us. It would greatly relieve my anxiety while waiting for the result. Thanks.

Don’t just request hand scoring. Make sure you make a fuss to a real person at College Board.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am new in this. Should I wait until the result comes out to make a fuss or now!!!

The score hasn’t come out yet? How do you know they are scoring the math as lit? Just because there is a lit test listed there, it may not mean that it won’t be corrected by the time scores are posted.

I’d wait on this until the scores are released. Another option is to have your daughter send off an email notifying them of the wrong test listed.

Yes,the Lit score is 380. My son is expecting math subject 2 to be 700+.

So the result IS out. Call at once.

Yes, I called, and requested the form. It is going to take 3 to 5 weeks for verification.

there’s another thread about someone who took WH and was scored for lit…with a 300 being posted…is this common? don’t remember seeing this before…

At least my son is not alone. Thanks.

Apple192, is there space on the form to designate a wrong test scored? I ask because a hand-scoring option may only end up scoring the math test as literature once again.

Did you talk to a knowledgeable person at College Board? This mistake is not the same as a potential scantron misreading.

Thanks for mentioning the potential problem. There is no space what so ever in the form to designate what to watch out for. I checked the practice book for subject tests. Test takers do need to fill in the bubbles for code and write the name of the subject. I have sent out the request. I will call the board again just to be sure.
