taking non major related courses in the summer

Im planning on taking summer courses to keep busy, and to transfer more units. Will it look bad if i take classes that are not related to my major

Even mpre specifically I want to take a intro to chicano studies because its one of the only classes that fits my schedule. But ive already previoisly taken two other chicano courses. Idk of it would be dumb to take the intro class. Although from the course description it seems different

Basically will UCLA care that im taking random classes??

They wouldn’t care if you took a Korean class. As long as you get in your required classes, you are golden

@Philosoup lol! Cool im just having a hard time finding classes this late

I doubt they’d care. Have fun in those classes!

@sonic23, i know this is late, but they often will not give credit if you take an intro class after more advanced ones. You should check.
