<p>I think if you haven’t taken any practice tests yet, then yeah, it’s a good way to familiarize yourself with the tests. Also, be sure to read sample essays (at least for US, I don’t know anything about bio) to see what good essays are written like. But I’d spend more time actually studying than taking practice tests, so you know enough information for when you take the real tests.</p>
