Taking the ACT early and sending scores?

I am a sophomore and I will be taking the ACT in February to go ahead and try to get my score over with. I am fairly confident that I will do well, so I’m hoping this will be my last time taking it. I took it in 7th grade with these scores: R34 E31 M26 S24.
I know I will eventually have to send my scores to colleges when I apply, but how do I do that now?
What I’m asking, I guess, is how do I make sure that I will be able to send these scores to my colleges when I do apply?

I also got a 31 on the PLAN if that helps.

But I’d also love any suggestions on how to improve my Science score specifically. Thanks!

I got a 28 Composite and 27 Science, so there are definitely more qualified people than me to answer this.
For science, the ACT puts a crapload of info in order to confuse you. From what my prep books said, go directly to the questions and refer back to the graphs when needed. Don’t try to analyze the experiments as a whole.

That seems like good advice, thank you! :)
