This is a question my sister asked me and I don’t know the answer to, so here goes. If she is taking two science classes in one semster Physics and Anatomy/Phisiology would that count as one year of a science credit?

Doesn’t one calss count as credit itself?

^ I would think the same thing
It should count for 1 credit each. Tell her to talk to the guidance department or who ever handles schedules at her school.

Ask her counselor.

One semester counts as .5 so yeah that’d be one credit

Depends on how many credits each class is worth, which should be listed in the course catalog.
At my school, one semester counts as a full credit because we have block scheduling and each class is twice as long. I’ve never heard of a school having half-credit science classes.

I didn’t specify it enough, sorry. I mean in that one semester it would be one science credit? Then the next semester would be another science credit? I guess from what superstarlala said I guess that is one credit already. So when she finishes school this year she will have a total of two credits. Thanks for the help everyone!
