TAMU Clep Credit

<p>My son is a Political Science major. It looks like the math that is required for him will be Math 141 or 166 and Math 142 or Phil 240. I looked at the TAMU Clep credit list and it states the College Algebra test (with a minimum score of 50) will meet the TAMU equivalent of Math 102.</p>

<p>Am I correct in assuming that this will NOT meet my son’s math requirement? </p>

<p>Also, I believe he is dual-enrolled for just the second semester of his honors calculus class. Will that meet any of his math requirements?</p>
