@MominPlano I must have looked at something different? I clicked on Liberal Arts and there was nothing for PSA. Now there was for PTA so maybe that’s what you saw. At least that is an option!

@aggieXdos: My daughter is also Psychology. PSA is not an option for Psychology and the A&M website specifically says not to do PSA with the hope of changing your major once you are admitted to A&M. Is her second choice major offered through PSA? For my daughter, it is although she has very little interest in her 2nd choice. She only listed it, because she had to put something.
@aggiecheermom My daughter actually put Psychology BS as 1st choice and BA as 2nd choice…
If the PSA does not offer a preferred major, and PTA does, for another direct, guaranteed route to College Station, in the desired major, the PTA program could be the ticket. Make sure you really investigate the program and the community college you attend participates.
My D’s manage applications page is blank. So I assume she is headed to her backup. Has a great Psychology program! If she doesn’t like it she can always transfer. Good luck to everyone. Chin up!! There are a LOT of options…
Students on here who got PSA: don’t let speed bumps in life divert you from reaching your goals. If you just have to be in CST, make great grades and transfer in. Don’t let anyone discourage you or change your focus!!! Aggies have great character and fortitude!!!

This morning the change of major button has disappeared from AIS, as well as Howdy. No other changes noted.
If this means PSA then I think we’re going with the back up. My husband is not on board with PTA or PSA. We were really hoping for Blinn team at Bryan so that our son could still be in the Corp, but looking like that option isn’t happening either. Guess it’s not meant to be.

Both change major buttons gone this morning … so glad I signed up for orientation at our back up college. Still waiting on some out of state applications, but glad we have a great back up option.
Both buttons are gone for my son as well. Pretty sure his going to choose his back up over PSA.

We have to remember that there are many wonderful options and universities out there. Our kids will all find their place in the world amd continue to be amazing!
My kiddo was wearing her razorback sweatshirt and already has bling for her car. Her charity league she volunteers for has a couple of other girls who committed as well. Good luck all! Shes happy a d we are happy.
@mamma3g That is our Daughter’s 2nd choice (1st for a long time). She won’t consider UNT which is SOOOOO much closer - 45 minutes vs. 5 HOURS.
