<p>If you consider the prereqs of two majors, then most probably you will exceed 70 units, but however only 70 units will be transferred.
It is very unlikely that you will be able to finish all the alternate major prereqs should you choose to finish then by spring.
When i spoke to the UCLA representative, she informed that it is fine, to be able to complete the major prereqs in the spring as well as summer.
