<p>I am trying to transfer as an Aerospace Engineer. I need all the help I can get, since I starting with a 2.15 gpa (probably 8 csuf units).<br>
I decided to look over the honors programs again after seeing I may get a scholarship in another topic (not sure if this applies for engineers). Apparently Fullerton Junior College only requires 15 honors units. Is it possible to take 12 units of honors classes at Santiago canyon college, and just take one honors class at FJC to get TAP?</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure the honors courses need to be in the same CC for you to be TAP certified. What’re the 8 units? Didn’t you take one semester of calculus at CSUF?</p>
<p>Holy crap, they must have recently changed it to 15 units, last time I checked it was 17-18.</p>
<p>Anyways, on the FJC honors webpage I don’t see anything about a maximum number of transferable honors units, but I would email them just to be safe.</p>
<p>What I remember my counselor telling me was that you need to take at least 3 courses with honors credit at one school so you should be fine.</p>
