Is it just me? I have never had a good experience with it. I’m on hold right now with a third person. I am more stubborn than they are incompetent, however. I think. I might hang up and try somewhere else. :((

What kind of problem are you having? I’ve never had any trouble and have purchased several things, including a couple of big ticket items.
