<p>Here’s where I think the March 2nd came from -</p>
<p>According to a facebook wall posting, an 06 TASPer received his letter March 5th, but the letter itself is dated March 3rd. March 3rd was the first Friday of March last year. Assuming they will also send out notifications the first Friday of March this year, that would be tomorrow, March 2nd. Otherwise, we should probably just wait until the next business day, Monday, March 5th.</p>
