<p>dual inroling with community collegees is awesome. I signed up for art history next year because get this, the course description said “field trips”. Getting to miss a whole day of school and go to an art museum in ny while not using up one absence…=) that sounds amazing</p>
<p>Community college is pretty hot. AND I totally saw that post, dae. And I was just like *** - same level as TASP? What? No way.</p>
<p>He will be the type who gets rejected from HYPS and post some rant on here about how its unfair… Yep it is kids.</p>

<p>This forum is so ridiculous sometimes. There are people who have like 2200+ in their SAT, good GPA, etc. applying to a healthy range of colleges, and people are like. “Err, your SAT scores aren’t high enough for most of those colleges”. AS IF! Jeez… </p>
<p>And then there’s the other end of the spectrum where people with relatively weak credentials believe they should get into Stanford or something. lol, better hopeful, I guess. :D</p>
<p>Honestly, I think that college admissions is totally random and that as long as you have a safety, a couple matches, and a few reaches and you’re in love with ALL of them you’ll be fine.</p>

<p>I will and then that 10 dollars will cover my lunch when ever we go to lunch. Which wont be in the next 3 weeks. I have 2 weeks of finals basically and I feel like dieing. Atleast TASS is the light at the end of the tunnel.</p>
<p>None of my paper work is done, and my dad was freaking out, I told him to chill out and that it wasnt my fault my mom hadnt faxed the form into my doctor. Anyways in big bold print it said:</p>

<p>needless to say a day or two late wont hurt. </p>
<p>I wonder what people think of us? Do they think we are really pretentious and how we talk down about all these other people on CC is a sign of that. Because I think we are down to earth, realistic, well reasoned and generally right :-P. Im sure people hate us. Sucks for them.</p>

I freaked out when I saw that, haha. If I don’t get to go to TASP because paperwork didn’t arrive on time I may just severely hurt myself.</p>
<p>I don’t think we’re pretentious; in fact I think the fact that we “talk down” about other CC members shows that we are actually, in fact, “down to earth.” It’s not like we all think TASS/TASP is the key to the world; far from it, in fact, we all love TA for the experience, and not the prestige (I hope).</p>
