Tasp 2007

Oh man Corey do you remember when I first came on this thread and we had a page and a half all to ourselves and you said something like, “Wow, tako those two pages were totally ours ;)”

I just remembered that for no reason, good times :D

And dude, I have nothing random to bring. But it’s okay, because I’m such a random person that it doesn’t really matter. And I’m sure I’ll find something eventually :D

lol nice.

I did my TASP clothes shopping on Sat night, but I am afraid none of the stuff will ge here by Thursday when I leave. :-/

Ughh you did get 7000th post. Well, I got the 5000th  I still remember that, hehe.

hm…school competitiveness. Clubs= no. I’m president of 4. From a school of less than 120 students with very few clubs I think that speaks for itself.
Video games is the thing we’re really into. CS anyone? As I was just telling nate, one of the freshman is a pro halo player (that’s what i heard and after seeing him in school competitions I believe it).

lol, you guys are so funny!

tako, my point was that it’s still a long way to go 'till 470. XD Pretty sure you were being sarcastic though. Still, it’s hard to tell with the internet. :/

And my TASP shopping was SO TIRING it wasn’t even funny. I don’t like shopping for clothes to begin with and it was like a 5 hrs affair which isn’t so bad except for the fact that I had other things going on that day, etc. blah.

Clubs… argh. Sometimes you just want to puke seeing the things that’s going on in high school just for some people to get into college. Still, I suppose that’s life. :/

And Karen, your school is THAT small?

:O

My school’s like 24x yours!

Wow, president of 4 clubs, Karen? That’s hardcore. AND you work at the library. You lucky duck.

I played Pokemon Diamond on my little sister’s DS for 6 hours today, but that’s as far into video games as I go.

Arghh too many people posting. Although I suppose that’s a good thing. And of course I was being sarcastic  OMGOSH that’s like the first few lines of my issues essay. Lol.

lol, your issues essay was AWESOME. AND you did it last minute. :stuck_out_tongue: Screw you journalistically gifted people! ><

I’m not really into video games either, unlike my brother who likes them a lot. I REFUSE to believe it has anything to do with gender though. :<

And yeah Karen, lots going on in your life. I feel bad… my school’s HUGE and I’m not president of 4 clubs. XD

I’m like nothing at my school. Lol And my school’s huge, too. Instead I spend all my time posting on forums :D

Hey all! Haven’t been around in a while, so I thought this would be a good time to barge in  Hip hip huraaay for 500 pages

I apologize for the grammar of my last post.

favourite colour (yes, that’s actually how it’s spelt (correctly anyway)): umm… “I love gold.” (in dutch accent)

random thing brought to TASP: Patrick Star–stuffed and life-sized (he’s a starfish… life-sized suddenly sounds a lot smaller doesn’t it?)

EDIT: lol, maaajor cross postage.

^ LOL (to tako’s post… gosh you guys post FAST)

Don’t worry, I’m not much of anything in my school either. People get freaked out when I tell them my (rather low) SAT scores. I’m assuming they think I’m going to say 1720 or something… hehe :D

And psssssssssssh, your EIC. Shush, you!

And I have NO IDEA why I’m posting so much on this forum. I’m definitely one for keeping any kind of personal information out of the internet because it can be detrimental, but oh well. Hopefully no one will be able to find out who I am just by reading my posts. -_-;;

And Corey, are you trying to keep your 999 post status? :P

I bet he is. What a silly camper.

And uh, well, I know a few people from my school know who I am. I’m hoping it won’t spread. It’s okay; nobody would ever dare mention CC in broad daylight because they’re all too afraid of looking like college obsessers (even though they are).

And EIC is a special case. It doesn’t count for anything :)

Oh tako, you’ve been wanting EIC for like… ever. Of course it counts for something.

A few people know you from your school? Woah, that must be interesting. I don’t think anyone from my school does. My school’s (relatively in the CC sense) laid-back, and pretty much no one knows about TASP. Which is great in a way, but also kind of sad… T_T C’mon, how can people not know about TASP! XD

ah i just found an amazing group on myspace that is just awesome. I just joined it so you should be able to see it on your homepage. Its something about scoring higher than Bush on the sat’s.

Well, one person actively posts here. I never really encounter her, though. A few people know that I’m tako, but they don’t like…follow me; sometime’s I just show them a post or two. One person came up to me once and was like “Jenny tell me about Collegeconfidential.” and I was like, uh…luckily we both got distracted and the topic never came up again :)

haha that sounds cool. My best friend came on here for gov school and noticed I started that thread but she was my best friend so i didn’t really care. I think she’s forgotten about it though and we never talked about it in person. Then that other guy but I’m not gonna see him till september now.

Yeah, I think it’s kind of awkward to see people on CC that you know. So I don’t talk about it in public, haha.

Oh man, I sure hope my TEACHER’s never come on here. Or my parents. Wow, that’d be awkward.

Talk about being awkward.

But I have actually also met a person that I’ve had contact with on CC, though we don’t go to the same school. It was WEIRD and also really cool. Granted, he had like 3000 posts or something. :P
