i didn’t get accepted. quite relieved actually.
im not as upset as I expected to be. I guess this is just acceptance of my rejection lol
@cherryglazerrr honestly same. Getting as far as interview and then possibly still getting rejected would hurt much more

Kinda have anxiety now though because finalist acceptance was probably around 8% and I was hoping to get into colleges with those kind of rates
@blackberries that’s exactly how I feel right now. The colleges I was hoping to get into had even lower acceptance rates, so now I just feel 
Guys I just got rejected from TASP?? (and if u don’t believe me I can send u the decision that they sent me.) honestly I had it coming since I procrastinated on my essays, but it was a good opportunity and lesson. I also live in NJ if that helps anyone get a sense of when their decision will come
I’m not going to lie, I feel really sad. I spent months on those essays, and TASP is such an amazing program, and I really wanted to get in. I hope everyone here can learn something from this experience, and go on to do amazing things in life.

first time commenting on this thread since i’ve been lowkey stalking anxiously for the past week. kinda glad i didn’t get in, though! i’ll be attending the university of miami ssp instead, so i’m relieved that i don’t have to reject another great opportunity that’s much closer to home. i’m also anxious regarding the acceptance rates, though. i’m pretty sure it was actually around 4%, but regardless, ivies are seeming a lot more intimidating right about now.
