<p>For tax forms i was wondering if cornell is strict with the early deadline? I can send them monday but it probably won’t reach cornell until after the 1st. </p>
<p>Also I am planning to apply to cornell early but i was wondering if i could still apply for the HEOP program? The site doesnt give directions for HEOP early.</p>
