Tax return help- Financial aid

Can someone guide me through the process of getting a notarized copy of tax returns? I need to submit a copy in order to go through the process of reclassification for in-state tuition. Thanks for your help:)

Well, getting a document notarized means that a Notary Public witnesses you signing a document and then affixes a seal or stamp on the document attesting to the fact that the signature on the document belongs to the person who actually signed the document. If the Notary doesn’t know you personally, you should be asked to provide official identification (driver’s license, etc.). Notary services can frequently be obtained in banks and other financial institutions, and there may or may not be a charge for the service (might depend on whether or not you are an existing customer).

Having said all that, you may want to get definitive instructions from the requesting agency on what exactly they require.

Ahh gotcha thanks for your help! I really appreciate it
