<p>Do I need to have a cover sheet if I am electronically submitting my parents’ tax returns through the document management system or am I suppose to just submit the tax returns with my name and USC ID on all pages and that is good enough? The reason I am asking this is because the system does not provide clear instructions when I click on “Download Forms” to submit electronically. Thanks for responding :)</p>
<p>I don’t think you need a cover sheet. That is what I am assuming and am telling my son.</p>
<p>We faxed ours yesterday. Instead of clicking on Download forms electronically, we clicked on Next and clicked on Download/Print and a Cover and Closing sheet came up. Initially we were going to submit electronically but something wasn’t working right with the scanning.</p>
