<p>First time I mailed my Income tax in February. Three weeks have passed and I didn’t get my refund yet. For some reason, i was thinking I forgot my W2.Then I mailed again.I got to know from a friend that refund can be checked in irs website.And my refund status there said that my refund has already been mailed.And it was on tha day when I mailed them my return for the second time.Do u think this will cause any problems?</p>
<p>Well…I thought it took about 6 weeks for refunds to be mailed. We did our taxes the first week of February and got our refund just this past week. It was only a few weeks if you filed electronically.</p>
<p>Do you think I will be in trouble for mailing my IRS twice?Since they’ve already processed mine and then I mailed all over again.</p>
<p>There is an IRS phone number - call them and explain that you re-sent the return because you thought you had omitted your W2. I doubt they will care but it will stop you from worrying about it. I had to call them once because I realised I had made a mistake on something and they were very pleasant and helpful.</p>
