<p>We need to send tax returns and updated Profile to a number of colleges–do they need to be mailed or can they be faxed and/or scanned and emailed. Any experience? Seems the IDOC docs need to be mailed…</p>

I have always sent them return receipt/certified so I know for sure they get there on time</p>
