<p>Hi, I tried to order my father’s tax transcript from the IRS and i copied the information that was on the form to the website and the IRS said that they did not have the address on file. My father received his tax information on January 24th with his refund. I don’t understand why the information is coming up as incorrect. Has anyone else had this problem?</p>
<p>go to IRS.gov, click on order a transcript, make sure you enter correct info, like your dad’s tax #. Use the address that is used on the original tax form filed. Did his address change? try to enter it with the address where he got his refund mailed to.</p>
