my SIL’s best friend has a son who survived bone cancer. This was years ago and he was in high school. His wish was to go to a Taylor Swift concert. She made it happen for him and his family. Met them backstage. He had a bad turn a year later - she visited him in the hospital! She has periodically checked in on him since then. She’s a wonderful person IMO. I see a long loving marriage in her future.
