So I’m a CC student planning on transferring this fall. I applied to both TCU and the University of Washington. I got in at TCU but I don’t hear back from Washington until mid June to July. Washington is my dream school and TCU is my backup. But based on my app. there’s a 50/50 chance I get in at Washington. TCU starts in August and I need to make a decision soon. What should I do?
If TCU is affordable, deposit there. If you get into UW let TCU know you will not be attending.
What’s your intended major? If you plan to enroll in engineering, then head to Texas Christian because admission to the UW Engineering school is a secondary application process and by no means is guaranteed.
