<p>I saw a video on youtube about a day at UPenn and it looked as though students were having class (which was made up of about 12 students) in a library while having tea. Does this actually occur, or is this something else?</p>
<p>I prefer ice water myself, sometimes accompanied by an Einstein bagel.</p>
<p>Yes, many professors allow their students to eat/drink (non-alcoholic beverages) in class.</p>
<p>However, none of my professors so far have served me food/drink yet… =(</p>
