Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Forms Question

<p>Can a teacher/counselor recommendation form be submitted before the application is submitted? When I click to download the forms on the site it says that they’re not ready yet, but that I can download blank ones instead. What does this mean? Can I use the “blank” forms?</p>

<p>Yes, just write you USC Id # on it (or ssn if you don’t have your USD Id yet).</p>
