Teacher Evaluation form problem?

<p>When I go to print my teacher evaluation form, on the footer of both pages my name completely overlaps the “Teacher Evaluation 1” and makes it illegible. It’s in the print preview and when I actually print it, and happens in both Firefox and Chrome. My Common App Id Number is unaffected. Is it supposed to be like this?</p>

<p>Okay, thanks! My ID number wasn’t affected on the bottom so I thought it would be fine, I just wanted to make sure before I gave them to my teachers.</p>
