<p>I am a little confused on how many teacher evaluations Cornell requires for transfer applicants. 1 is a minunum, right? So is there a limit on that other that 1? </p>
<p>And yeah…Could the recommendation letter written by someone besides a college professor (Like high school teacher or internship mentor)?</p>
