I didn’t read the rules for the Teacher Evaluations for STANFORD before selecting the teachers to fill-out the evaluations so I didn’t know that they had to be from different subjects! Both of mine are social studies teachers, and they have already submitted the forms. Is that alright? Should I do something about it?

Can you get another teacher to fill out and mail in a paper evaluation when school is in session? That would probably be the easiest thing to do in this case.

Would it be okay if it were late? Since school gets back Jan 5 and the deadline is Jan 1

1) call stanford. tell them your situation, and ask them what to do.
2) set up a new teacher rec NOW. email your teacher. Some teachers do check their emails over the break, so they can immediately communicate to you whether or not they’ll be willing to write your a rec and they’ll be ready when school starts to write one last rec for the year.

I have a teacher in mind and I’ve already asked him if he’s willing to do it but I can’t delete one of the teachers I already have, since she has already submitted the form, and I can’t add any either.
