<p>S is applying ED. He has been advised that his 10th grade English teacher is too far back in the past to use for a Teacher Eval & letter.</p>
<p>He has however remained very close with her. They trade books and speak personally several times per week. She would write a very strong letter.</p>
<p>Would it be advisable to ask her to write a letter on school stationery that states that is a “Personal Reference” and not include the TE form from the Common App?</p>
<p>Also, is it advisable to ask the track coach to do the same thing for the school to include in S’ package.</p>
