<p>Are teachers allowed to have Physics C MC Exams? Are they violating some sort of collegeboard policy if they do? Are they only given set exams? if so, which years do the exams belong to?
Hypothetically, if they administer a 2008 Physics C MC Exam, are they violating any collegeboard policies?</p>

They are meant to be used in such a way. Once they are released teachers and students are free to use them in any manner they like.</p>
