technical difficulties PLEASE HELP

<p>I’m not sure if it’s the USC server or just my computer (though i have re-tried this on THREE different computers and browsers) but i keep getting a runtime error whenever i click on the undergraduate application. And all i need is to paste one last short answer!</p>

<p>Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.</p>

<p>Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customerrors> tag within a “web.config” configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customerrors> tag should then have its “mode” attribute set to “Off”.</customerrors></customerrors></p>

<p>WHAT CAN I DO? also, when i try to email USC, the same message appears…I’m really bad at computers… Can someone please tell me what to do? I"m going to keep calling them till then :(</p>

<p>This has been happening to us for the last couple of days! It is extremely frustrating! You are not alone. If anyone has any solutions, I would love to hear them!</p>

<p>the app has been down a lot over the past few days because of all the people trying to submit their apps before the deadline. It should be working again soon.</p>

<p>Try using a different browser. Try IE, Firefox, and Chrome until it works.</p>

<p>Wait, does it really have to do with your browser? I thought it was just kind of luck of the draw, see when you can get in?</p>

<p>Probably the best advice is to just work on all the different parts and then submit it tomorrow at times when the server will definitely have less people- like 3 AM, or if you can get onto USConnect at school, go for it? I think that’s what I’m going to do.</p>
