Technical Doubts about Application

I’m an International Student and I would like to join American Universities, so please, you forgive my ignorance. I don’t understand when I have to send the thing you call high School Diploma. I have to send my application during my last year at High School, but if Deadlines “expire” at March, how can I attach it, because I’ll receive at June?

You don’t ever have to send your high school diploma with your application, since all American universities send admissions decisions before our school year ends. You just have to send it to the university you choose to attend as soon as you recieve it.

And because I’m not quite sure what you meant with that last part, the deadline for applications is usually in December; March is when admissions decisions start to be sent out. Sorry if you knew that, just making sure.

Thank you very much, you’re very kind
Still a thing; I know I have to send two or more evaluation letters written by my teachers. I heard that these letters - written by an important person - may be decisive or useful, amyway, but if my teachers -unknown in universities - write those, the letters are essentially useless, only a formality.
Second point: I read the Common Application’s file and there are lots of white space where I have to write my hobbies, sports, voluntary works, articles and other similar things.
Are these important ? I think I may start - for example - voluntary work, if it is useful, or I may do something else^^
But will it be useful ?
