<p>Montclair State Univ in NJ has an excellent program as does Rutgers Mason Gross. Both are BFAs. They are also both very close to NYC- Montclair is a 25 minute train ride. Pace is now a BFA, however, the curriculum has more Gen Ed requirements than many of the other programs mentioned to you so far. Marymount is a BA in design. Fordham also has a BA in design and is in NYC. They have some terrific faculty, but the program has a significant number of serious Gen Ed requirements which is a huge plus for some students, and definitely not for others.
