<p>I wish that instead of living well your AG office turned the money over to fund research on addiction. Somehow someway the dollars just don’t go there. </p>
<p>It is counterproductive to punish “Big Pharma” (even the term is derogatory). The US pharmaceutical industry has improved life on this planet by quite a bit. I am not saying that these companies should get away with unethical or illegal behavior. What I am saying is that the current anti-business bias is not helpful for any of us. We need to solve problems, but we should not put the folks capable of solving them in the crosshairs.</p>
