<p>My D was asked to participate in this as a 9th grade student. We have no experience with this, and when I google I find only reports from school districts on how their kids did, but not what exactly is involved. She is wondering if it is worth missing a day of classes to go. If your child has done this, tell me what s/he thought of it. D does very well in math and problem solving and I am encouraging her to go for the experience, but I don’t really know what it is.</p>
