Come on guys! This is an internet forum, god damn. Neither of you gains anything by fighting. Now shut up and get to the matter at hand: my list. (:

Some would consider “common, un-salacious pulp” lunch…

Doesn’t sound terribly appetizing… But probably not any less than expired cheese.

Ooooh. Fight! Hopefully this one will be better than the one at school today…
runs off to get popcorn

Just kidding. Cool down guys, and marvel at the beautiful FAQ page…

By the way, I found some expired blue cheese in my refridgerator. Now, would it be wise to eat this, or should I throw it out? Or feed it to my brother first and see if he dies? It’s quite the dilemma…

i’m sorry i cant be familiar with all the dark alleys you are. and i can live without CC unlike you who created another name. how about i inform them about that, i do believe they would frown on that too.
and i can improve my /terrible/ sentence structure but can you stop being /you/?

anyway :: backs away :: like donny said.

Expired, aged… how many times must we dance this unpasteurized semantic tango?

Pigeons are just doves with privacy issues.

Ah yes, the great Semantics of Cheese debacle. It’s older than time itself! (:

“I watched a cartoon this morning and it made me happy.” As god intended no doubt.

Mm, unpasteurized. Much better that way. It doesn’t matter as long as it’s aged for 60 days.

Wink, smell it. If it smells like regular blue cheese, taste a nibble. If it doesn’t taste much ickier than regular, it’s fine. Cheese doesn’t really go bad, it just ages in different weird stages.

Stupid fancy-free europe and their crazy-cheese without pasteurization…

EDIT: I’m not sure the world is ready for my opinion of government cheese.

That’s what my mom does, Earil! My brother is very picky about such things though. Last week he made us throw out a brand new thing of cheese because it looked “fuzzy.”

Anyway, I’ll try it.

This is the general feeling of the applicants about TASP: “Oh my God/Wink/I don’t have a supreme being to exclaim to/ FSM with his noodly appendages! I want to get in super, ridiculously, like really seriously badly! I want TASP madly, truly and deeply and I would probably shoot a man in Reno to get in. Seriously, TASP is the best thing that ever happens to the people who get in and then they meet unicorns and solve world hunger and colonize Mars and live happily ever after in awesome space-y jumpsuits in bright retro colors. They always know whether a cheese is edible and just aged, or if it’s actually spoiled to an inedible state. They are like meta-gods amongst us mere mortals and Panic, who is a regular god amongst us mere mortals. Their lives are filled with bliss and they are also impervious to water, cooking oil and most acrylic paints. They live charmed, interesting lives and we want to be them so tragically, scarily badly that we know in the depths of our hearts just what despicable acts we would commit to get into this summer program.”

-Fin

Should I take everyone’s silence as evidence that my FAQ is fine as is?
If so we should keep the post number handy. It’s #6078.

The only times I have had unpasteurized anything is in India…

But fatty milk really bothers me. It feels like sludge going down my throat. I can’t drink anything more than 1/2%, and I can’t stop to think about the fact that I am drinking the fatty secretions of another species or I’ll feel the bile rise in my throat.

Has anyone actually looked up some of the disgusting stuff that the FDA allows in food? Apparently it’s OK for a jar of peanut butter to have up to two rat hairs or something…

Earil, that is one of the most beautifully psychedelic paragraphs I have ever read.

I heart whole milk! It tastes like something other than vaguely protein-filled water!

Thank you, love!
It has come to my attention (!) that I use exclamation points far too often! Really ought to be breaking this habit as it annoys even myself! Going to try to stop now!

…That’s better. Now I have to work on the superfluous ellipses.

and you will ruin food for all of CC fridge, then indoctrinate us all.

Okay, im totally adding that post, cira. Also, I’m going to correct other little mistakes that my perfectionist mind can’t sleep until are fixed.

Uh oh, something’s wrong on the internet? You’d better fix it or it’ll keep being wrong. (:

Whole is definitely the way to go, got to second cira. Drank 2% my whole life, then finally tried whole for the first time over the summer and it was as if I was tasting milk anew for the first time.

Anybody have a favorite xkcd? The nightmare one last week may be my all-time number one.

lol that is an interesting theory. thank you xkcd
