<p>My son will be interning near Whippany New Jersey from mid-March through May (approximately), and is looking for temporary housing. This could take many forms (roommates, sublet, furnished small apt, room in house, etc.). Does anyone with familiarity of this area have any suggestions? Thanks.</p>
<p>jojoba: Drew University is approx 15 minutes away as is Fairleigh Dickinson University…given that they are familiar with student housing on and off campus, you may want to start there…</p>
<p>I can help you while you are investigating; I live closeby, but other than Craigslist, I don’t know how else to find a sublet for that period of time…</p>
<p>I would start with the two university housing offices; maybe they can guide you to listings…</p>

<p>You know what I just thought of as well? On Rt 10 Westbound there is a Residence inn (Marriott); as an alternative, you may want to see if they will make a two month rate for you; they are small apts (really) and I think they do long-term corporate stays…just as a back-up…
