<p>Obviously there was an intersection of issues which made entering Iraq a reasonable choice. Iraq was playing major games with weapons inspections, and was sending money to families of terrorists post 9-11. That it could also be a great place to plant the seeds of democracy is a big bonus.</p>
<p>This was a good strategy move. Extreme Islamic Fundamentalism is the biggest threat to liberty and freedom on the face of the earth today. Entering Afghanistan was not enough.</p>
<p>A most important truth is that this war would have been much more successful (and fewer soldiers would have died) if the democrat party and liberal left had not undermined the effort in order to win the next presidential election. For many on the left, it is all about politics.</p>

<p>I also think that journalists should report the news with integrity. There is a place out there for talking heads who are mouthpieces for the extremes of left and right politics. They do have value, and it is entertainment as well. When it comes to journalism, however, and news coverage, to be anything else but objective is unethical.</p>

It sickens her that so much of the media is controlled by Jewish people, and that those Jewish people are doing what they think is best for themselves and their “fatherland,” as opposed to what SHE thinks is best. You don’t see how it might be presumptuous or dismissive for a non-Jew to tell Jews that they are “directly harming” the Jewish nation? </p>
<p>Consider this. How did Americans react when French journalists wrote articles saying that we were screwing up and hurting ourselves by voting for the wrong people in our own elections? We mostly reacted by thinking that they have some nerve to tell us how to run our own country. We’re the experts on what’s good for us, not the French. Some Americans even used sarcasm to remind the French that they’d be speaking German right now if it weren’t for us. Heck, I felt that way about some of those articles even though I AGREED that we made a mistake re-electing Bush. Well, this is the same thing.</p>
