Terrible First Semester-are my chances of med school gone??

I was a great student in high school, had above average grades compared to most of my classmates and my SAT scores were way higher.
I got into the college I had dreamed of going to for years and planned to study kinesiology with pre medicine.
Turns out, my ADD mixed with the huge classes at a big university weren’t gonna work for me. I also began struggling in my math class because of the way I was taught. I also partied way more than I should have.
I decided to come home after the semester and go to community college to save money, and my grades.
End of the semester, I failed both my Biology and Math class and hardly passed my two other classes. I’m planning on retaking these classes next semester, but i’m now on academic probation from my university.
What can I do to save myself and still make my dreams of getting into medical school come true?

Assuming you learned your lesson from your awful semester, you know what you need to do:

Less partying, more studying.

If you are having trouble with a class–get help ASAP.

Accept responsibility for your own academic success or failure. (Don’t blame your grade on your teacher. A dedicated student will do whatever it takes to succeed even if it’s in spite of a teacher.)

Earns lots and lots of As to redeem your GPA.

Many struggle, you are not alone. More persistent people just seek help, including hiring paid tutors. There is no magic, there is an academic gap between every single HS in the USA and the college (including the lowest ranked). Many realize that, including the top ranked kids from the most rigorous private prep. HS. Those who adjust are successful, those who do not are derailed. It is a common situation absolutely everywhere. And it is much better to be in very small classes which is one big reason why it is a good idea to be in Honors (with other benefits of having a better schedule since Honors have priority registration).
I do not know anything else that is helpful in addition to the above
