terrible leaving school exam results affecting admission?

<p>I am an international student in Malaysia and the results of our leaving school examination (SPM) is usually released late Feb to mid March.</p>

<p>I did well during the trial exam but I have a feeling that my real results are going to go down by 50%. I was stressed and I didn’t cope well then.</p>

<p>If everything else is above average (some are stellar) my SATs are okay, I have great recs and a great essay, will this hurt my chances? I sent in my forecast results.</p>

<p>If you didn’t do well on a certain exam, it will probably hurt, but I don’t know whether colleges factor in the score for the leaving school examination.</p>
