I’m pretty positive that, if you can login with your email address in the “Scholars Only” section on the Terry Foundation Website, you were selected for the scholarship.

whoa! I really hope that’s the case, because it works for me with my email. I tried a junk email and it didnt work, and they have my information already loaded when I use my real email, which could be a good sign. One thing though, there is nothing under the scholarship and grant link, so idk.

But why would they let anybody selected for an interview into that “scholar only” page? Hopefully this means I got it…I want to be really excited but I can’t yet haha I’m holding back

hmm, I just searched the database for a friend of mine that I know interviewed, and she is not on there, leading me to believe that these are only the actual scholars and not just the finalists that can log in. Also, there are 44 UT scholars for this year, and they said they would take approx. 45 scholars in their letter, so this seems pretty decisive, but I will still wait till my letter to rejoice haha

Yeah, these are all of the thoughts I went through. I’m pretty sure it’s the real deal, mainly because two of my friends who also interviewed for the scholarship at different schools are not on there, and I am.

My facebook… uhmm… lol by email… titopatino007@gmail.com
also use that email to search on myspace too… but i’m freakin stoked for fall to come. :)

No it is not. Most of the flagship scholarship programs are only offered to incoming freshmen. You will have the chance to apply for smaller scholarship, especially those from your department, but these will be about $1000 or less. There isn’t much money on offer for upperclassmen, sorry.
