I have mild intellectual disability and thinking about going back to college next year to finish a degree and I can’t pass math without doing open note tests because of my mild intellectual disability. If I tell my advisor because of my poor working memory in my 76 IQ I have borderline intellectual functioning and it’s impossible for me to pass a math or science without open note accommodations. If I tell my adviser about my mild Intellectual disability and show her my psychological report will they allow me to have open note tests for accommodations because I could not finish college because of my disability and how hard it was to pass my classes.
