Test score dilemma

Since the UCs do not superscore, I do not know which test to submit. Here are my test scores:

SAT (one-sitting): 2060 (630 CR, 750 M, 680 W, 9 Essay)

ACT #1: 31 Composite (32 E, 34 M, 24 R, 35 S)
ACT #2: 31 Composite (34 E, 33 M, 30 R, 25 S)

Which ACT looks better for Berkeley? Do they care more about the reading than science? Or should I just go with my SAT score?

http://www.act.org/aap/concordance/pdf/reference.pdf (your scores are all about the same)
