Tests in humanities

How hard is the US History subject test? Is there much information to get familiar with to get well prepared for it? I’d like to take it as the third subject test, apart from Literature and World History because I’m interested in applying to Georgetown.

Hey, Bart. Since you’re from Poland, I wouldn’t really recommend US History, unless you have an extensive class in it, since US students (the vast majority of test takers) have had years and years of US history.

Are there any other subject tests (like a math or science or non-native language) that you think you’d do well on?

I’m quite fluent at Russian but I can’t take SAT in it. I’d like to know how hard German test is. I’ve been learning this language since September, just in school, no individual work, so I’d have a lot of study ahead of me. Is there any place where I could find out how hard this test is?

If you go to the College Board website you can find several sample questions.
Also, if you by the official College Board guide for the SAT II you will see a whole sample test in it.
And there is one publishing company that issues a book with 4-6 (I am not sure about the exact number) sample tests in it, but their guide is not officially sponsored by College Board.

These are the three options as far as I know. If you can find a tutor, they might give you some more stuff, but, honestly, I doubt that.

The easiest thing you can do is to go to amazon uk or some other online bookstore and type SAT subject test german or SAT II german and see what pops up. (I said uk, for Poland is in the EU, so you’re not going to have to pay duties, excise taxes, VATs, whatsoever.)
