OK so if you have not received the 3 options for engineering at this point nor have you received Galveston is it to be assumed that come mid-Feb that a rejection is happening? I thought I saw on the earlier thread that PSA does not work for Engineering majors. We are OOS. She is first quarter, but I have a feeling that because she is currently taking AP Calc AB and AP Physics Mechanics C that the school will view that she is not math ready. 660 math SAT is also the issue, is that correct?
@SGTGold I think being accepted to Galveston will not be an issue with a TEAM offer. My student went ahead an applied to the Engineering Academy at Brenham (which btw, I think is a very nice option for the engineering hopefuls to consider) but still got and accepted a TEAB offer. The one did not affect the other, so I think he’s good. My current student is a sophomore

Not sure if this has been mentioned here or not, but I think the Engineering Academy at Blinn Brenham is worth looking at for those not getting a TEAB or Galveston offer. It is a separate application and if I remember correctly there should still be time to apply. They have their own dorm, smaller classes and are all working together to get to College Station and finish with a TAMU engineering degree. I feel like it’s a little hidden gem.

The timeline from last year is keeping me sane there. 1/31 “option day” to 2/15 “Team offer” day. We got our options on 1/26…so in a relatively consistent time frame, tomorrow or Saturday (which I guess would mean they release it on Friday and it pops through the system?
Also, since we now have 7 tabs, the only way we’re going to know for sure is seeing the major change to TEAM, right?

I just had a mini freak out, but then checked other posts. So you have 7 tabs bc of Galveston admission, not bc of your TEAM selection? Is that right? No TEAM tabs have come out yet?

@SGTGold my student had seven tabs with the Brenham offer but in AIS another offer showed up with the TEAB. So they had two sitting there. So I think it will be easy to see when the TEAM goes through for him.
Yes, 7 tabs due to Galveston. We initially thought it was TEAM, but figured it out with digging. AIS still not updated. We found a button inside of there (undergraduate degree planner) that specifically told us it was TAMUG eventually.

Looking at Undergraduate Degree Planner here. 7 Tabs and IAS says General Engineering at Galveston. Is this Galveston or College Station?
So many full admits, TEAM offers, PSA offers, and even rejection letters have gone out - yet we still see Under Review, all buttons available, no clue what is going to happen.

I haven’t heard anything and have no buttons. I’m so confused, since I applied in Sept.
Have your change of major and withdraw application buttons disappeared? If so, that is a sign that PSA is coming. If by “no buttons” you mean you don’t have the 7 tabs, then there’s no decision yet.

Has anyone who got the three options about two weeks ago heard anything?! Everything looks the same with the message ‘You are being considered for TEAM’ on the AIS page.
I looked back at last year and it was 15 days between options and 7 tabs. Options were given on 1/31. People reported changes on the manage application page on 2/14 and 7 tabs on 2/15.

No, not yet! Still waiting (painful, I know)! We selected TEAM only and selected this option the next day the 3 options were offered. Sounds like @Christi1993 confirmed that most likely the TEAM only decisions are ready to be offered but waiting for all the logistical / system updates? I’d expect a mass push of offers when they get released.
