My son has the 7 tabs today too. However, AIS is unchanged, showing same major and College Station. Has anyone else looked through the 7 tabs to try to see anything noteworthy? His shows “Purchase Optional Services” for both College Station and Galveston in the My Record tab. Has anyone else seen anything similar? Don’t yet have the accept button or official acceptance and also can’t register for NSC or apply for housing.

Congratulations to everyone with 7 tabs! My kiddo is still sleeping so I don’t know yet and the suspense is killing me and I did try to wake her to have her check and she rolled back over and said when I wake up!
Did anyone get 7 tabs yet for anything other than TEAM?

I think the login we use to get in to AIS is the login we use - it’s the NetID. I commented further up and I realized I was wrong - we already have our netid - it’s our Howdy login too!

We must be full admit to his major (turf grass science) because his major did not change, the only change today is 7 tabs in Howdy.

I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you this, but that is a great program. One of my best friends from school graduated with that, and he’s now the head groundskeeper at a big 12 school.

Yes, my son’s does not say TEAM. It shows his original major and location College Station.

we got 7 tabs for 2nd major selection - landscape arch. major is changed in AIS but still no accept button.

Just throwing this out there. Personally glad I got the advice to pick TEAM only bc rolling the dice and getting an opportunity major for my kid would have been disastrous. He wouldn’t stand up to the pressure of a 3.75 or bust. He makes good grades when I leave him alone and doesn’t when I demand… 3.75 or your stuck is a LOT of pressure!

I am so very happy for everyone! This wait has been extraordinary and the admission cycle one for the record books! I hope everyone receives admission via their first choice! That said, if anyone chose waitlist and for some reason does not get a spot, I just wanted to share that there is a pathway! So many outstanding students get to TAMU via a pathway such as PSA or PTA and they are terrific options. My son who is an Aggie now got PSA in 2022 and we were blown away because he had great stats then, and it’s only gotten more competitive since. He did PSA via Tarleton and had an awesome experience. The two semesters flew by, and he is a sophomore Aggie now! With my current son getting Blinn Team (yay!) we will have even more knowledge under our belt. That said, in 2022 there wasn’t much support for the pathways that I found, so I started a FB group that has grown to 2500 members. We have a wealth of knowledge and support in the group. No change no Tabs no nothing major still says BIMS and the button is still there for change of major. I seriously want to cry from the stress.

If I helps, and I don’t know why this is, but Bims usually hears really late and that never made sense to me since Major doesn’t matter (so they say)
So no news or change is okay. Hang in there. I hope y’all hear soon.

For those that have heard… thank the good Lord lol. I was never worrried for y’all once you picked team only but boy did AO make us sweat it out.

Also… net ID is the same and there’s no acceptance button. Your acceptance is when you register for NSC. Housing portal may be open so try that.
