I hate to say it, but I think the FAFSA holdup might be what’s impacting the full-admits who are waiting. I know we were still holding a spot at OU until we got the TEAM confirmation, and I bet students are holding spots at A&M until they find out how much money they get once FAFSA finally processes.

In the Overview it shows “admitted- fall 2024- College station”. Perhaps the other poster below is correct and the AIS is behind in updating due to FASFA stuff. Thank you for the tip!!

FAFSA shouldn’t have anything to do with anything as far as TAMU goes. They do not rely on NSC registrations to determine if they will send out other admissions. You are never legally bound to attend tamu no matter what you do. You can go all the way through 4 days of class and bail. no harm no foul except housing contract of course… so my point is only they don’t use anything but an algorithm to determine how many go out etc. They adjust that annually I’m assuming based on past few years percentages.
Congrats to FINALLY getting the WHOOP. Finally, for the love of Pete. now y’all can trust us again. lol
As for full admits… they’re always the last to know for options. Some have heard, and there will still be a small amount left for full admit/opp major/ and PSA. I believe all PSA no options given have heard.
